Death by treadmill
So I started back up with the excercise routine. I also started the eat healthy thing. No loving it, but I know it's for the best. I am doing 30 minutes on the treadmill. Would do 45, but the thing is an incline machine. Yeah, it changes height during my walk. So far the 30 minutes is tiring, but I hope to overcome it and move to harder patterns. I'm also running up and down the stairs. I read in a health guide that a 150lb person doing the stairs for 1 minute looses 150 cal. Well I figure a tubby like me doing it for a complete song will burn a ton. Note to self, it hurts like hell halfway through the song. Go me for trying.
